Repairs that need parts we don't have on the shelf typically wait 2–3 business days for the part to arrive — and we fit them the same day they're in store.

We charge an $85 inspection fee as our minimum labour charge — that covers a real technician diagnosing the fault and giving you a written quote. From there, common laptop repairs sit roughly between $119 and $379: virus removal from $119, motherboard work from $175, liquid damage from $199, keyboard from $209, overheating from $219, battery from $249, and screen replacement from $379. Data recovery is quoted after inspection.

Usually yes. If the storage drive itself is healthy, we can recover files even when the laptop won't boot, the motherboard is dead, or the screen is cracked. For mechanical drive failures or encrypted SSDs we have advanced data recovery options too — we'll quote after inspecting the drive.

Yes. All laptop repairs come with a workmanship warranty, and replacement parts (batteries, screens, SSDs, etc.) carry their own manufacturer warranties on top of that. Everything is documented on your invoice so warranty claims are simple.
